Slow Weight Loss ~ and Uncooperative ABO Genetics
You've done beautifully. If you lost 15# in 8 months, it'll be 20# in a couple more. Rather than focus on those sickening Bs (LOL!), take a survey of the single-minded hardihood you've demonstrated, and how it has served you so well! It takes a strong character to set goals and persist in the necessary work over time, for small incremental gains. Someone once said, "Discipline is doing what you REALLY want to do." You've done a whole lot more than just lose weight. Here's a PAT, PAT, PAT on your back!!! You'll get where you're headed, and have a great deal to be proud of in the accomplishment. I truly believe that's what obstacles (and type B siblings) are for -- to make those of us who have to work for it, look good! :-D
