Just a brief recap to all who continue to write to me about discrepancies between the books:
The latest food lists are in Live Right 4 Your Type and the Complete Blood Type Encyclopedia -- with modifications! The modifications are on the updates page.
* These latest SECRETOR-SPECIFIC LISTS supercede and replace the lists in Eat Right and Cook Right. *
II. FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW THEIR SECRETOR STATUS, AND DO NOT PLAN TO DO SO:
The latest food lists are in the individual blood type Food Beverage & Supplement Lists (otherwise known as the "Little Books").
* These latest SECRETOR-NEUTRAL LISTS supercede and replace the lists in Eat Right and Cook Right.*

The lists for Group I, above, under "secretors" cannot be directly compared to the lists for Group II, above. THE TWO SETS OF LISTS HAVE DIFFERENT PURPOSES.
The SECRETOR-SPECIFIC LISTS take advantage of the added knowledge of secretor status, which allows more specific recommendations and more targeted help for people with health problems.
The SECRETOR-NEUTRAL LISTS are designed to straddle the fence between the worst secretor and nonsecretor avoids, and the best secretor and nonsecretor beneficials -- in order to serve both groups well.
