Hi Heidi, i'm not sure if i've asked you this before or not. i know i asked doc B. i tried to search but couldnt find it. i am anxious to know at what age i can start giving supps to kids? my one year old (Type A nonny) has weaned from breast feeding and is loving soy milk but does he now need immune enhancing help? what do you recommend i give him and how often and how much etc? i would really appreciate your help on this matter. take care, ros xoxo
Hallo, ros! Your bub will do fine on a little breast milk now and again, and pureeed foods 4 his type. I wouldn't add supplements at all until he is 4 years old. As long as the foods he is given are ideal, and his environment is conducive to his natural creative impulses, there's no need for supps unless he shows signs of illness.... which I think will be few and far between.
Bless you for doing so beautifully with your little guy! He must feel utterly loved! Take care, dear, and write again! :-D
