			<description>Hi Gwyneth- If they're black dots or neutrals on the gatherer plan, and you're doing well, then that's fine.  Just keep the black dots in moderation.  If you have any troubles with an illness or weight gain, you can cut them out again.  Just avoid the non-dotted gatherer toxins as much as possible, I've learned how potent those are for each type.</description>

I'm doing really well on the gatherer diet but wonder how much I can add the hunter superfoods so I can vary my diet a bit more.  I've also gone back to eating bananas and sweet potatoes!   Yum!</description>
