Hi Melissa, I appreciated your comment about agave. I am an O nonie/Hunter and I should be able to do agave but I feel like I react unfavorably. As I am learning, if I get out of balance, which I am right now, then some of the Beneficials don't work! I appreciate sharing your self control issues. I REALLY struggle with that.
Do you know if Bobs Red Mill recently available glutenfree oats are acceptable ?Our oat issue is due to a lectin and I would guess that the lectin can't be removed from an oat? Any thoughts?? I can't find any answer to that anywhere.
I enjoy your blogs. Hang in there!
Joan

Thanks Joan- All oats are out for O hunters. As for gatherers, I consider the GF oats to be the only ones we should eat, since they're the only ones guaranteed to be wheat free...though currently no oats work well for this gatherer, I may try them again after some more healing time. If agave doesn't work for you as an individual, vegetable glycerine should do the trick, and it's great in most things...from drinks to flax muffins.

Melissa, thanks so much for dropping the name of that sugar free ketchup. Have been looking for that for a long time, tho not on line.
Hope things are going better for you now. I'm in the same boat. Maybe you'll inspire me. :K)
