I recently found your site.
Yesterday I made 'popped' pumpkin seeds and walnuts with a bit of olive oil, lots of nutritional yeast and some spices. I will do that again!
I have O- blood, have books by Dr.D'Adamo and have followed his recomendations for a long time.
Is there a way to subscribe to these blogs/ information/ ideas so they will arrive in my mailbox?

My wife and daughter are A+ like your husband and son -- opposites! :) It says that you're a Gatherer, but I know you eventually determined that you're an Explorer. Did your other family members also change GenoTypes?
