			<description>Joan- oh that is the reaction I have to oats, even the gluten free/wheat free ones.  It's miserable.  I'll have to watch out for that with rice.  My symptoms are more digestive, with rice, so far as I've noticed.</description>

			<description>I went low carb around Christmas.  In January I ate a meal that involved a reasonable amount of rice noodles--the next morning I had terrific pain in the back of my knee.  It took about six weeks to resolve.  Some time after that I ate 1/2 cup of brown rice and my lower back went out.  That took 2 chiropractic appointments and three weeks to resolve.  No more grains for me!</description>

			<description>I fill up the blendtec blender to the 2 cup line with ice, then sparkling water up to the one cup line, and pom juice up to the 2 cup line.  I use the ice crush setting.  Some may prefer a bit of agave, but it's refreshing without it.</description>
