Along with #5, eating slowly will help, too! Given the same amount and type of food, you'll probably still feel like eating if you consume it all in 15 minutes, versus eating it in 45 or 60 minutes.

Glad to see that you are fighting the cravings successfully. I can't stand the concept of calorie restriction (when undirected by Genotype), but it the directed version is serving your needs well.

The diet is amazing; managing the application of the diet is amazingly difficult. Well done! Don't down play your acheivement! Veggie-ing up is also helping me, so thanks for the confirmation!
