Hi Melissa, I hope you enjoy the hunter goodies, I love squashes, sweet potatoes and kale - yummy

I'm bouncing between the two Hunter and Gatherer, at some point I'll unpack my bundle and settle in one camp or the other lol

I'm a gatherer but have a lot of hunter characteristics -long legs and am a competitive track and field athlete. I'm doing really well on the gatherer diet but wonder how much I can add the hunter superfoods so I can vary my diet a bit more. I've also gone back to eating bananas and sweet potatoes! Yum!

Hi Gwyneth- If they're black dots or neutrals on the gatherer plan, and you're doing well, then that's fine. Just keep the black dots in moderation. If you have any troubles with an illness or weight gain, you can cut them out again. Just avoid the non-dotted gatherer toxins as much as possible, I've learned how potent those are for each type.
