Today was pretty good, but too busy. I finally finished eating my stew, I ended up not eating the celeriac in it, it's just a neutral and I didn't like it that much. So, stew and grapes for breakfast, two uncured organic beef franks and raw carrots for lunch, stew for dinner with lots of turnips, beets, onions and carrots. I won't make as much next time, but I will make it again.
At lunch I was very tempted to help my son eat his buckwheat waffle, I admit I took one nibble, then thought of an alternative. Black cherry juice, sparkling water and rice milk 'cream soda'. I overdo it on sweet things when I'm stressed, but at least it didn't have any avoids in it and it kept me away from the waffle. Oh, and my son had 1/4 of it, as he liked it too! Don't let it sit too long after you mix it, as the rice milk kind of coaggulates.
I'm ready for tomorrow, I boiled some eggs in case I don't have time to cook, so it should be a good day.
