|« No Soup For You...No stew for me.||Stomach improvements, salmon, and more on baby's ear. »|
Today I didn't want to eat meat. I'm up against a wall where I've become tired of it already. The salmon yesterday was a nice change, and I ate as much as I could of the rest of it for breakfast. Maybe I should freeze my leftovers instead of eating them the next day, that way I won't grow tired of everything. It could just be a temporary hurdle, though. I've also been craving milk. Rice milk tastes better than I remember it, so I had a little of that. It's pretty good mixed with pineapple/papaya juice, in small amounts. I ate a little more fruit, to lighten everything up, and the usual vegetables. I just need to figure out how to mix things up a bit. Maybe if I turn my leftovers into other dishes, like omelets, or add some spices or peppers to it. I'll try a few things. Of course, I'm all out of leftovers now, so I need to cook some more. I bought some organic stew meat, and some turnips, beets, beet greens, carrots, etc. I'll see what kind of stew I end up with tomorrow. I'm hoping a larger variety of vegetables will help. Now that I think about it I'm craving an artichoke...any good artichoke recipes out there? I'll search the recipe database now that it's working again.
