Today I invited my family and friends to visit my blog, I figure it's an unobtrusive way to broadcast how great I think the blood type diet is. And, the more people checking in on me, the more I'll have to stick with it... Welcome!
Of course, by no means am I the most interesting thing on the site... it's very information-dense. They have a section on supplements that I've been absorbing today:
particularly the article on ARA6, a safe and effective immune-balancing fiber, and the article on Catechol, a type of antidepressant/stress formula. I've taken both of them in the past with good results.
Diet went pretty well today, I had a nice meal at a relative's that didn't break my diet. I'm slightly less compliant when eating out or at friends/relatives, I try not to stress about it. I did have two bites of dessert, but nothing like what I used to eat, because I'm not as hungry for unhealthy foods anymore. Bananas taste better than they ever have before (I usually can't finish a whole banana). I didn't eat much for lunch because my son decided he loved the chicken I was going to eat, and I let him have a big portion of it. He needs it more than I do, of course, as he's small for his age. I'm happy to find anything he'll eat. He's never really been interested in food.
