I keep hearing about how bad antibiotics are, but I never hear if one can detox the system after receiving them years ago. I think I had them 2 or 3 times in my childhood, & 4 or 5 times in my late 20s to early 30s.
I am now 61. Wouldn't whatever toxicity they had be out of my system by now? Doctors still give them too often, but give different ones so the patient doesn't develop an resistance.
We finally figured out why my dad had such problems rcovering from surgery or procedures that he had gotten thru well. They would prescribe some horribly strong oral antibiotic that made him very sick & slow to recover. Now I know that if I ever had surgery, I would use silver or goldenseal herb afterwards. My poor dad suffered too much in his later years due to those awful antibiotics!

Antibiotics assault the gut bacteria, kill the gut bacteria and the immune system becomes compromised living us open for disease.
