			<description>Those onion rings do sound good, i love spicy.  So far I've done very well this year with my food.  I'm finding, as I get older, that it's just not worth the issues after eating an avoid.  The only thing on my menu that isn't good for me is the yorkshire pudding.  I'm making them with an ancient, organic grain to see if that makes eating them any easier on my gut.&lt;br /&gt;

			<description>I do it on occasion with gluten-free baked goods that are bought. I get sugar as a black dot item. I cannot consume any wheat or I am quite ill. We have a new restaurant in our neighbourhood that caters to the regular and celiac crowds. They even have a dedicated fryer for their sweet potatoes as they must be floured to hold their shape. Our Christmas dinner has only one avoid, so we will be in fine form.</description>
