			<description>Since SWAMI asks 'yes/no' questions I'd go 'yes' to the 6/10 and 'no' to the 4/10. Then I'd look at what SWAMI calculates for that- could be that you will be more rather than less eating your present diet with only minor changes (that may be welcome?)&lt;br /&gt;
You are very good at observing your reaction to various foods- it would be an interesting exercise!&lt;br /&gt;</description>
