			<description>We do this on purpose every time we cook cod! We use onions, celery and ghee, cook up together until soft and then add pieces of cod that I cut with my kitchen shears.&lt;br /&gt;

Then I sprinkle a very liberal amount of curry. It is absolutely delicious.</description>
