It is surprising to know that fish has different effects on the body, each effect depending on our blood type. I just wondered, is my favorite tilapia good for a person with blood type O?

Tilapia is neutral for Type O. I eat tilapia in restaurants, but I don't cook it at home for two reasons. First omega 3 levels are low in Tilapia but omega 6 levels are high. Second, tilapia is almost always farm raised.
