I wrote the blog from my perspective as a Type O.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As Dr. D. often says, Type As are the only blood type that can be successful as vegetarians.  On top of that, soy is a beneficial food for Type As.  Type As also have more neutral dairy foods than Type Os.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In the Menopause book, the bone support protocol lists these supplements in this order:&lt;br /&gt;
Drynaria&lt;br /&gt;
Blood Type Specific Mineral Supplement&lt;br /&gt;
Calcium&lt;br /&gt;
Vitamin A&lt;br /&gt;
Boron&lt;br /&gt;
