			<description>I'm with you!  I didn't say I'd never cook fish in the oven.  I still think  the way I cook frozen cod fillets is delicious.  And cooking a salmon would be so impractical in a pan.  But I'm glad to have an option for fish that seems to be tough when cooked in the oven.</description>
