			<description>It's easy to make your own non-avoid mayo in the blender too, Susanne.  I only make it when I can use it all at once, though, because it doesn't keep well.  I use canola when I make it.&lt;br /&gt;
I make a layered salad that is covered with  a layer of mayo and cheddar (oops!), then it goes into the fridge overnight and it's great to bring to pot lucks and delicious too.  I'll send the recipe.</description>
