I love this story! I'm an O with an A husband, too. I'm trying to convert him to BTD by degrees. It's a challenge at times, but I do most of the cooking and all the shopping so at least I'm able to get foods that are good for As into him. He says he prefers his A foods anyway (except that pizza is not on the list). :-)

Excellent strategy, Suzanne, for the O-wife/A-husband marriage's peacefulness. Very, very light on the pedal, ladies!

That's a cute story, Susanne. I wish my husband thought about health matters a lot more. <br />
Still BTD'ing about 80 % of the time. I'm having a lot less problems with digestion and am feeling much more energetic. I've also lost 5 pounds!
