			<description>I have to wonder if Starbucks' tea is better because they're more careful about brewing times so it comes out &quot;just right&quot; each batch, but at Borders they might be using water that's too hot, or overbrew it, since they're doing other things while brewing it and not paying as careful attention to it.</description>
