Squash soup was the first thing I ever made in the restaurant that a customer wanted to buy in bulk. He called me to his table and asked if he could buy all I had left. Since it was the soup du jour and it was still early, I told him he'd have to wait. Meanwhile, he went out and bought pitchers and then came back and waited! I haven't looked at your recipes, but I know how satisfying a good squash soup can be.

Glad Mom enjoyed it and is doing well.
