My 91 year old mother and I are both type O's, and have 'gouty' arthritis in hands and feet. I've read about the supplements you mentioned, but have not added them yet. We are taking glucosamine, fish and flax oils. I know of someone with R.A. and gout had phenominal results with nettle, rooibos tea, and lemon juice in water. We've added these suppliments as well, and will look into the quercetin, bromelain, and turmeric.
