			<description>I also use crumbled rice cakes but went one step further as I really missed caramel corn.  Everything in caramel corn I can have so I make it and pour over crumbled rice cakes and yum I am happy.  Even the rest of the popcorn lovers in our house think it is good.</description>

        The popcorn sounds really good. Thanks for bringing my attention to it. I will definitely try it. My popcorn substitute is broken up rice cakes with hot ghee poured over it and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. It is very much like popcorn in texture. We can get plain unsalted brown rice cakes here. I'll bet the pumpkin seeds and rice cakes would be a great combo.&lt;br /&gt;
