			<description>Wow, Walnut torte, I think I made one once and it was really good.  Sounds so good!  I think that even with my own kids, they don't think they can do without bread (my dd) or milk (my ds) but I still have alternatives here.  Most of them are moving out slowly, so they know what I believe about diet....but as you say, it's an interesting observation about people and their food/diet.</description>
