I would assume the fiber in the brown rice would sweep them out of your system faster! &lt;br /&gt;
Mediterranean restaurants do offer better selections, &amp;amp; use olive oil! Not only do I have to watch for avoids, I have to avoid unknown oils with certain foods. At least here, you can eat freely(well, usually).</description>
