Yippee! I like your outlook on tough times, "one test of character is how we respond when God allows things to happen in our life that we don't like".

A few years ago, I had to have extensive follow up tests for what could have been a serious health issue, thankfully all was fine, but... my first thought when told I needed further testing was, "I don't have time to be sick!" How sad is that? That's when I made a conscious decision to simplify my life!

I'm glad to hear that one more stressor has been lifted from your shoulders!
