I use flax oil and olive oil as a mixture often in Caesar salad.  I find that alone the flax oil is bitter so I, like you, thought to mix it up.  :-)&lt;br /&gt;
I never did think to mix it with the sesame oil, though.  I'll try that soon!&lt;br /&gt;
