I think Dr. D means that the excess energy and agitation winds down with age.

I have definitely calmed and gotten more patience with myself as I've gotten older. I used to be so intense and off the hook. Now I don't need to anymore.

I think that's what he means.

It's possible. The point that interested me was that Dr. D. says that a characteristic of Hunters is to wind down with age. I want to avoid that if I can!

Suzanne, maybe he's not a Hunter, maybe he's whatever an A would be on GTD. If that were so, I could see where all that high level 'everything' would do that to him in the long run. Best wishes to him.
