			<description>As I have often said on both sites, I find that the easiest way to be compliant is to take my lists with me in the shopping trolley, allow enough extra time for reading in ingredients and refining ones choices, and only purchasing from the left hand column. Then as it is nearly impossible to eat out on the Warrior diet, if I only eat from my own fridge, I will be totally compliant. Cheers, Jenny</description>
