Have you ever tried T-Tapp? I think it's been mentioned on the btd forum before. I love her workouts, and she insists we don't need weights with her plan. But I tell you the arm exercises along with corresponding squats feel great. I am still working on consistency and I believe my coffee habit did not help my muscles. But I am drinking tea now....But if this helps my upper arms get firmer, I'll let you know. Hiking has helped my thighs and butt, but it's the upper body that needs toning for to read what you are doing!
