Susanne, Interesting things to me, I am slowly discovering that blood types have effects on a varity of things and often are not considered at all.

The sample size of the study is too small to draw any significant conclusions regarding soy and ability to build bone mass during or after menopause or to slow bone loss after or during menopause.

A large sample size of menopausal women from each individual blood group over the same amount of time and conditions would tell us more.

Do Type A's have to be carnivores? If so, how much is enough??

Good point, Donna.
I wrote the blog from my perspective as a Type O.

As Dr. D. often says, Type As are the only blood type that can be successful as vegetarians. On top of that, soy is a beneficial food for Type As. Type As also have more neutral dairy foods than Type Os.

In the Menopause book, the bone support protocol lists these supplements in this order:
Drynaria
Blood Type Specific Mineral Supplement
Calcium
Vitamin A
Boron
