We do this on purpose every time we cook cod! We use onions, celery and ghee, cook up together until soft and then add pieces of cod that I cut with my kitchen shears.

Then I sprinkle a very liberal amount of curry. It is absolutely delicious.

Some of the best recipes are created by accident!

I think I'd enjoy eating something like this, but I know my kids wouldn't. They tend to prefer their foods kept separate.
