Thanks for the reminder-I just wasted an hour on there- ugh, I KNEW there was a reason I stopped checking out that site two years ago!

The silly thing told me to eat less than 1 serving of red meat a week and to eat at least 6 servings of whole grains a day. And it told me to lose weight. Well, which is it? Eat all those grains or lose weight, because I certainly can't do both!

I played around with it a bit more, (as I said, I wasted an hour on there and you only spent 15 minutes) and inputted the "expected" answers for my diet. I figured that, by following SWAMI, I should get full credit for healthy eating and supplementing, even if it's not following the protocols they expect.

Doing it that way, I'm a year younger than my chronological age, rather than a year and a half older.
