Since SWAMI asks 'yes/no' questions I'd go 'yes' to the 6/10 and 'no' to the 4/10. Then I'd look at what SWAMI calculates for that- could be that you will be more rather than less eating your present diet with only minor changes (that may be welcome?)
You are very good at observing your reaction to various foods- it would be an interesting exercise!
