Hi Suzanne. I use a similar trail mix but add pineapple chunks after. I also use beef or buffalo burger patties and add pineapple. It lasts long enough until mealtime.

Another thing you might try is exercising. Us Type O's need exercise and meat and more exercise.

You didn't mention a glass of water when you first feel hungy either.

When I want to feel full I go right for one of my diamond foods. Watermelon. I can eat an entire 2" slice of a seedless watermelon and feel full to bursting, then 1/2 hour later I just pee most of it away. It's crunchy and sweet and juicy and perfect. :-)

How about a cup of soup? I almost always have broth in the fridge (usually turkey) and sometimes I just drink it like tea, other times I make it into egg drop soup or toss in other leftovers for a quick meal.
