I bet this would be good using butternut squash too.

Was wondering though... I can imagine the sweet potato (or b. squash) w/o sweetener, but pumpkin seems different. Does the pumpkin custard taste more like a veggie side dish than a dessert custard? Or does the soymilk add enough? Just curious...

I started to take the survey when I got to the bottom of the 1st page I thought "1" was a strong answer, with "5" being a weak answer. Then when I got to the 2nd page it looked just the opposite. Sorry! I found it confusing so I back out. I really wanted to help out DD.
