Where can you find cold-processed canola mayo without additives such as corn starch? I couldn't find any in my local stores!

It's easy to make your own non-avoid mayo in the blender too, Susanne. I only make it when I can use it all at once, though, because it doesn't keep well. I use canola when I make it.
I make a layered salad that is covered with a layer of mayo and cheddar (oops!), then it goes into the fridge overnight and it's great to bring to pot lucks and delicious too. I'll send the recipe.
