Hi, I'm a 48 year old female, and i'm in a wheel chair . I weigh app 250lbs.I have tried different diets including the weight watchers life style. I have lost weight but i can't exercise and it all eventually comes back. I was told about this diet, I'm type A+ and I love red meat, I'm willing to give it up if this will help me, but I won't go all the way vegetarian? If I don't do you think this diet will work for me? I will however chang quite a bit of other things in my life, but i'm also a diabetic. thanks Bobbie

I know you won't get this until June, but I'm responding to your concerns about grapes. I don't think you need to be concerned at all about them because they are mentioned in the Bible 250 times. Just that alone makes me realize they are an important food to God and super beneficial because HE says so.
