I eat pork every now and then. It does make me feel sluggish.

The popovers that I made with organic Einkorn wheat were pretty good. They puffed up nicely and browned up pretty. Crispier than regular flour popovers and less eggy inside. Next time I'll add another egg and use a substitute for milk. I ate only one and had no problems with my stomach afterward.
