I don't think it's pigging out if you ate carrots or any other veg or even fruit. I do have a friend who limits her watermelon to just a small chunk or two because she says it's too many calories. I always cut up a bunch and eat an entire bowl of it until I feel nicely full. It only lasts a few minutes but it's a great feeling. All for under 200 calories. I say you can't beat a "good" pig-out!

OK full disclosure. I was eating carrots and nut butter. And Ezekiel bread with ghee and low sugar jam. And trail mix. And chicken salad. I really did overeat.

But there were no harmful foods to tempt me, and it did not become a lifestyle.

I've tried many different apple pie recipes over the years and I must say that I was a bit skeptical about this one at first. I was surprised that when i first bit into it, that my taste buds went crazy. I was truly amazed on the results of this one. it's been added to my personal cook book. Thanks for sharing :)
